I think one day at a time started from the old saying ride him one jump at a time. Bronc riders and riders in general say keep you eyes on his head and follow it. Sounds easy……..!!!!!  But it works , you don’t see a bull rider counting how many people are watching him ride, his eyes stay on that bulls head, as soon as his his eyes go to watching the ground, that is where he lands.  I think it is like when we spend too much time planning tomorrow and forget which lane we are in today.    So enjoy your day ………One jump at a time……..!!!!!!!!!!!!!
